This FAQ has been created to answer the most commonly asked questions, details about our prints, framing, styling, shipping and privacy policies. It is always our intention to provide nothing but the best service. If you have more questions, feel free to email our studio. FRAMING For all fine art photographs larger than 8x12/11x16 we recommend getting them professionally framed. Please note: We are not responsible for any damaged fine art photographs during the framing process. All are original works by CristinaPhotography photographer Cristina Arce and are absolutely unique. Note - for Commissioned Prints SHIPPING All orders are created as soon as we receive your order. Please allow for 5-10 business days before your order is shipped, plus extra time for transit. Orders may take longer during holiday seasons. You will be contacted as soon as your fine art photograph is on its way to you! If you require rushed order, please email us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you! SHIPPING PACKAGING SHIPPING COSTS TRACKING PLEASE NOTE: CristinaPhotography shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/delivery, as it is out of our control. Since all necessary steps and precautions are taken when packaging your fine art photographs to help ensure safe arrival. Should your item arrive damaged, please email us with photographic proof of the damaged package and photograph, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. CristinaPhotography is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment. RETURN POLICY Please know that all images before sent to you, are approved and signed by Cristina. CristinaPhotography will issue a refund within 14 days of your original receipt for items that have not been opened. If you wish to exchange or refund a product, we require that you ship them back to us and we will issue your refund/send new product to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and at the responsibility of the customer. Used and final sale items cannot be returned. You should be aware that depending on what monitor you are viewing/ordering the fine art photographs from, the colours and tone may vary. The Colour settings and the type of your computer/tablet/phone that you use to view your image, have an influence on the perception of how your image should look. There is also a variation between different paper types. We have spent a lot of time perfecting every fine art photograph. Nothing leaves the studio without double and triple checking the quality, ensuring the colour and tones are accurate to our high standards. As we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return. We are not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address, if you realize you have made an error please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped out we can not replace it, if it arrives back to us via return shipping address in perfect condition we can re-send it to you, however you will be charged for shipping again. We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email should we have any questions about your image prior to printing. DAMAGE Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage to us. It is essential that you contact us within the 24 hours, with a photographic proof of the damaged print, so that we can claim compensation from the courier company on your behalf, and reprint the print for you. * All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. PRIVACY POLICIES - What information do we collect about you? You can use http://www.cristinaphotography.com or our affiliates websites, (collectively, the “Website”, the "Blog", the "Store") without having an account. You can visit the Website, read articles on our blog, browse merchandise, and check on offerings without giving us any personally identifiable information. Certain other activities on the Website, such as posting comments or product reviews and signing up to receive e-mail updates from CristinaPhotography and our affiliates and partners, do not require you to register for an account, but may require that you provide certain personal information such as your name and e-mail address. However other activities, like purchasing products through the Store, require you to register for a user account. To register, you must create a user account, which requires you to provide your e-mail address and select a password. The password you select is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. Credit Card Companies As in any transaction, your credit card company will have all relevant information about the name of the vendor, item(s) purchased, date, total cost and other information necessary to process the transaction. Cristina Photography will not otherwise provide any personal data to your credit card company without your permission.
