What information do we collect about you?
You can use http://www.cristinaphotography.com or our affiliates websites, (collectively, the “Website”, the “Blog”, the “Store”) without having an account. You can visit the Website, read articles on our blog, browse merchandise, and check on offerings without giving us any personally identifiable information.
Certain other activities on the Website, such as posting comments or product reviews and signing up to receive e-mail updates from Cristina Photography and our affiliates and partners, do not require you to register for an account, but may require that you provide certain personal information such as your name and e-mail address. However other activities, like purchasing products through the Store, require you to register for a user account. To register, you must create a user account, which requires you to provide your e-mail address and select a password. The password you select is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on the Site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. Articles and blog posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Embedded photographs/images/illustrations on the Biographies section from other websites
The images used on the Biographies section, the photographs are own and copyrighted by each photographer. – None of these images are property of Cristina, and they are used just to illustrate each biography. Every biography contains the official link of the photographer. All visitors and students of photography are welcome and encourage to visit the official website to see even more information about the master of photography.
Artworks protected by copyright are supposed to be used only for contemplation. Images of that type of artworks are prohibited for printing, or any kind of reproducing and communicating to public since these activities may be considered copyright infringement. At all points, it requires crediting the artists, and keeping copy right notices intact on all copies of the work. If you are a copyright owner of the artwork, or his/her legal representative, and you do not want this artwork in our education section, please contact us.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Log data (IP address, geographical data, user agent, operating system, device type) is stored for 30 days. The unique user ID is stored in cookies and is retained for 1 year.
Ad impressions, video-related events (i.e. pause, mute, 100% plays, etc.) or errors, and ad click events. Various cookies are used for the following purposes: delivering targeted advertisements to specific visitors, storing user identifiers, and collecting anonymous ad platform stats.
